LPGMetric Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to, or utilizing the LPGMetric platform (including the Web Portal at lpgmetric.com, Desktop POS software, and Mobile application provided by DLHT LiveTech), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.

2. Service Description & Business Levels

LPGMetric provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) suite engineered by DLHT LiveTech for the management, sales recording, pump totalizer reconciliation, and inventory tracking of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) operations across three core tiers:

• Local Retailers / Vendors: Roadside cylinder refill operations utilizing the Mobile POS. Includes up to 2 branches.
• Skid & Mini-Plants: Stationary gas skids with dispensers, desktop POS, and thermal receipt printing. Includes up to 2 branches.
• Commercial Plants & Multi-Branch Depots: High-volume bottling plants with multi-dispenser metering and multi-branch consolidated accounting. Includes up to 3 branches.

3. Subscription Fees, Branch Allowances & Billing

Subscription pricing is calculated based on configurable base daily rates (₦200/day for Local Sellers, ₦350/day for Skid stations, and ₦500/day for Commercial Plants). Local Sellers and Skid tiers include up to 2 branches. Plant tiers include up to 3 branches. Any additional branch beyond the included limit requires an add-on fee of 50% of the base plan rate.

Payments are processed via authorized payment gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave, or verified Bank Wire Transfer). Accounts not renewed by the expiration of their term and subsequent grace period (3 days) may experience restricted access to cloud sync and reports until renewed.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Offline Autonomy

DLHT LiveTech guarantees a 99.9% cloud server uptime commitment for the LPGMetric infrastructure. Furthermore, the Desktop POS application is architected with an Offline-First SQLite engine ensuring your retail station can continue dispensing gas, recording transactions, and issuing receipts without interruption even during internet outages or local network disruptions.

5. Data Ownership & Security

All transactional data, customer phone numbers, sales quantities, totalizer meter records, and financial reports remain the exclusive property of the subscribing business organization. DLHT LiveTech employs end-to-end TLS encryption, secure salted bcrypt password hashing, and tokenized device activations to prevent unauthorized terminal tampering.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All subscriptions include a 14-day risk-free trial. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the business manager dashboard. Pro-rated refunds for unused days on annual plans may be requested by contacting support at support@lpgmetric.com within 30 days of initial subscription.
